- The City of Heath, Texas (hereinafter referred to as the OWNER) is seeking a specialized Landscape & Median Maintenance Services Proposal and invites the submittal of responses to this RFP from qualified firms or teams (hereinafter referred to as RESPONDENTS) interested in providing Landscape & Median Maintenance Services in Heath, TX (hereinafter referred to as the PROJECT).The aim of this project is to enhance the safety and aesthetic appeal of key locations within the city, ensuring that these areas are well-maintained and visually pleasing for residents and visitors alike.The scope of work includes maintaining the landscaping around City Hall, medians along F.M. 740, and the trail extending from Chris Cuny Blvd. to Tom Thumb. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services that meet the Citys evolving landscaping requirements and standards.
