- Landscaping and Maintenance Service for the Period of April 10, 2025, through March 31,2026 for the use of Escambia County Community Center and Brownsville House. The contactor will do the following:Landscaper Duties and ResponsibilitiesMowing, edging and blowing lawn.Trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs.Removing unwanted, dead or damaged trees.Any Trash pickupThe properties are the Escambia County Community Center at 3200 W Desoto Street and the house at 3210 Gonzalez Street. All responsibilities will be done once a month unless notified other than the initial responsibilities.Commercial General Liability policy of $100,000 per occurrence/$300,000 annual aggregateAuto Liability-$1,000,000.The county shall be charged according to the applicable contract price schedule or a preferred status with the lowest prices usually extended to most favored customers.For any questions, please contact Escambia County CRA Division Manager Everett Parker at 850-595- 3585.
