Escambia County CRA is seeking quotes for Landscaping and Maintenance Service for the Period of June 1, 2025, through May 31 ,2026 for the Escambia County Community Center at 3200 W Desoto Street, Brownsville House at 3210 W Gonzalez Street and The Ensley CRA Sign at the corner of Johnson Avenue and Old Palafox Street. Mandatory on site, pre-solicitation meeting is scheduled for Friday, May 2, 2025, at 9:00 A.M at 3200 W De Soto Street. Contractor must be licensed, insured meeting Escambia Contractor Insurance requirements. Quote Form must be completed and submitted with Quote Information. Must be prepared to provide a W-9 and Escambia Contractor insurance requirements on a COLI. CONTRACTOR MUST BE ABLE TO START THE WORK WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ISSUANCE OF NOTICE OF AWARD.
