This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 36C24724Q0765 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION. The acquisition procedures at FAR Part 13 are being utilized.
