However, the Government reserves the right to hold discussions per FAR 15.306(c). We intend to award a contract based on initial offer, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.A site survey will be held at CGR Umm Suqeim 2, Dubai at 10:00 AM (local time) on Thursday 20th February 2025. Interested bidders shall provide following details of their representatives by 03:00 PM (local time) Tuesday, 18th February 2025.• Emirates ID / (Copy)• Name of the CompanyAttendance is limited to only two persons per company.Quotations are due by 03:00 PM (local time) on Thursday 6th March 2025.
