The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.A site survey will be held at US Consulate, Bur Dubai, Dubai at 10:00 AM (local time) on Tuesday 25 March 2025. Interested bidders shall provide following details of their representatives by 11:00 AM (local time) Friday, 21 March 2025.• Emirates ID / (Copy)• Name of the CompanyAttendance is limited to only two persons per companyLast date for receipt of the questions is 03:00 PM (local time) on April 8, 2025. Quotations are due by 03:00 PM (local time) on 22 April 2025. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.Your quotation must be submitted electronically to DubaiGSOProcurement@state.gov .
