Large - Scale Mass Casualty Experience
The solicitation number is FA8601-25-Q-0065. The NAICS Code is 611699 -all other miscellaneous schools and instruction. The Government (AFLCMC/PZIBB) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). The proposed source is “Large - Scale Mass Casualty Experience”.
The service being procured is a Large - Scale Mass Casualty Experience, including the entire Calamityville grounds; parking lot, to conduct a Mass Causality training event using various assets from Wright State University (WSU) - Calamityville and the USAF. During this event WSU - Calamityville will provide 3-anatomical gifts and perfuse them in accordance with our protocols (pending availability). Furthermore, WSU - Calamityville will provide 4-support staff, scenario development, Moulage supplies and artist, vehicle support and site props to enhance realism (IED Device, .50 cal simulator, smoke machines etc.). Any classroom instruction can occur within the building located on WSU - Calamityville grounds; or in the warehouse as indicated.
