Tender are invited for REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN APPROPRIATIONLAS 23554Pursuant to AS 46.15 and 11 AAC 93, notice is hereby given that the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium, on behalf of the Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC), has requested a change in appropriation for LAS 23554, a permit to appropriate for industrial cooling at the ANMC.The Change in Appropriation will add emergency potable water and fire suppression as additional types of water use.No change in the water source, amount, priority dates or area of appurtenance is occurring with this amendment. A final certificate will be issued based on actual water use data, which can be certified lower, but never more, than the original public notice amount of 1,500,000 gallons per day from 4/15-10/31. Please see the attached Amended Permit to Appropriate Water, LAS 23554. Per AS 46.15.133 and 11 AAC 93.930(b), within 15 days of publication or service of notice, persons may file with the director written objections stating the name and address of the objector, and any facts tending to show that rights of the objector or the public interest would be adversely affected by the proposed amendment.
