Tender are invited for PUBLIC NOTICEAMENDMENT TO PERMIT & CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATION OF WATER, LAS 30043Pursuant to AS 46.15 and 11 AAC 93, notice is hereby given that an amendment to Permit and Certificate of Appropriation of Water, LAS 30043 for Lake M9605 is occurring to address defects made in the determination and certificate by the Department at the time of issuance.This amendment to the Permit & Certificate of Appropriation of Water, LAS 30043, will: Address the full comments received from ADF&G during the public notice, which were omitted from the original determination, and address the results of the recharge monitoring completed by the applicant, which was required in Fish Habitat Permit FH05-III-0328-Amendment 4 (a copy is included in the attached “2017_full ADF&G comments.pdf”). Clarify the amount of water authorized under ice in the winter vs withdrawals during ice free periods. Clarify that ice harvest is allowed from naturally grounded ice and the amount (in gallons) that can be taken, which was requested in the application, Statement of Beneficial Use and original public notice.
