Tender are invited for NOTICE OF WATER RIGHT APPLICATIONLAS 32458Pursuant to AS 46.15.133 and 11 AAC 93.080, notice is hereby given that Hilcorp Alaska LLC, 3800 Centerpoint Dr, Suite 1400, Anchorage, Alaska 99503, applied for a permit to appropriate water on January 19, 2018. The application is requesting water to support oil and gas exploration, development and production activities within the Milne Point Unit. Amount of Water: The daily withdrawal of liquid water is limited to 200,000 gallons, with a combined yearly limit of water not to exceed 3,558,293 gallons withdrawn only during ice free periods.Withdrawal Location: Milne Point Unit Central Facilities Pad Creek in Section 24 of Township 13 North, Range 10 East, Umiat Meridian. Water Use Area: Milne Point Unit The withdrawals in this application are currently authorized under Temporary Water Use Authorization (TWUA) A2024-146, which will be amended to reflect any permit to appropriate issued under this review.Per AS 46.15.133(a), within 15 days of publication or service of notice, persons may file with the director written objections.
