Tender are invited for NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC AND REQUEST FOR INFORMATIONLAS 35394 JONATHAN PEARCE Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southeast Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:APPLICANT: Jonathan PearcePROJECT NAME: LAS 35394GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Outer Point is located at the end of North Douglas Highway roughly 12 miles from downtown Juneau, Alaska (58.3035 N, 134.6846 W).REQUESTED ACTIVITY: The Alaska Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW), has received a Land Use Permit application for the year-round placement of a personal use dock (8-x36-) for the safe moorage of a personal use fishing boat (Duckworth 28- Offshore) by the applicant. The dock would be secured to the submerged lands by two (2) 200 lbs. Danforth anchors.
