Tender are invited for NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC AND REQUEST FOR INFORMATIONLAS 35469OUTBOUND HELI ADVENTURES LLCSubject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:APPLICANT: OUTBOUND HELI ADVENTURES LLCPROJECT NAME: LAS 35469GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: 61.33387°, -148.41845°, on Gannet Ridgeline at approximately 3100 ft. elevationLEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 05, Township 014N, Range 006E, Seward MeridianREQUESTED ACTIVITY: To place a 6M Geodesic Dome on Gannett ridgeline over looking Knik Glacier. The dome will be used to offer remote, overnight accommodations to clients/consumers of Outbound Heli Adventures, LLC. There will be a second, small building on site to house supplies, safety equipment and a guide. Approximate size is 6ft x 10ft for the out building.
