GPS- 55.8753 N, 133.2041 WLEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 19, Township 69 South, Range 80 East, Copper River MeridianREQUESTED ACTIVITY: Brian Porter (D.B.A. BD Construction) has applied for a Land Use Permit from the Alaska Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW), for the placement of a waste site on roughly 0.25 acres of state owned uplands. The waste site would include organic materials, clays, silts, and soil left over from construction projects. The material would be hauled in and spread out using a dump truck and excavator.
