LEGAL DESCRIPTION:Approximately 0.25 acres of state-owned submerged land in NE1/4 NE1/4 Section 22, Township 43 South, Range 65 East, Copper River Meridian. REQUESTED ACTIVITY:Jesse Walker (applicant) is requesting a five-year Land Use Permit to allow for year-round moorage of a personal use, recreational float home on state-owned submerged land in Hawk Inlet, adjacent to Admiralty Island. The float (20 feet by 32 feet, 640 square feet) with living quarters (16 feet by 12 feet, 192 square feet) is secured to the submerged land by two Navy anchors (1,000-pound and 1,500-pound each).
