Tender are invited for NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC AND REQUEST FOR INFORMATIONLAS 35710DOT&PFSubject to AS 38.05.850, the Southeast Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:APPLICANT: DOT&PFPROJECT NAME: LAS 35710GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Auke Bay roughly 10 miles from downtown Juneau, AlaskaLEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 27, Township 40 South, Range 65 East, Copper River MeridianREQUESTED ACTIVITY: The Alaska Department of Natural Resources has received a Land Use Permit application from the Alaska Department of Transportation for the disposal of roughly 11,000 cubic yards of dredged material into central Auke Bay. The proposed location for dredged material was recommended by ADF&G in order to minimize impacts to sensitive habitat within Auke Bay.
