    U.S. GOVERNMENT - United States Department of Agriculture
    The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Las Cruces, NM that expired on 3/11/2024.
    Department of Agriculture (USDA) intends to award a 4-year, 11 month, and 16 day lease extension to remain in place with the following parameters:
    Location: State: New Mexico City: Las Cruces Delineated Area: City Limits Space: Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,400 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,400 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 12,680 Space Type: Office and Related Space Reserved Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Non-Reserved Parking Spacing (Total): 0 Term: Full Term: 4 Years, 11 Months, 16 days Firm Term: 0 Years Termination Rights: Requesting 120 Days Additional Requirements: Subleases are not acceptable. Office space must be contiguous, on one floor. The space is required for occupancy no later than 3/11/2024. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government-s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime
    Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance (formally 100-year) flood plain.
    Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).).
