This is a notice of intent for sole source procurement. The Missouri Aviation Classification Repair Activity Depot (MO AVCRAD) located in Springfield, MO intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for Lathe Alignment services as described in the attached “B8 Performance Work Statement (PWS)..” The attached Limited Source Justification document contains the rationale for determining that only one source is reasonably available.
This announcement is in accordance with requirement listed above, under the authority of FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i) and FAR 13.501- Limited source acquisitions over the micro-purchase threshold but not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received in writing within the request for quote due date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
