The Charles George Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) located at 1100 Tunnel Road Asheville, NC 28805, has a requirement for a contractor to provide Laundry Services. The Contractor shall provide all materials necessary to fulfill the services for the Charles George VA Medical Center.This is a Pre-solicitation only. Interested contractors should watch for the issuance of the solicitation which will have specific instructions and requirements associated with this procurement. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about April 25, 2025.In accordance with Public Law, P.L. 109-461, this is a 100% Small Business (SB) set-aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement 812320 Drycleaning and Laundry Services (except Coin-Operated), size standard of $8.0 million.All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) and verified as a Small Business (SB) in (sba.gov) prior to submitting a Quote.This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY.
