Description:
Purpose Of Procurement Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Proposals (erfp) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With A Qualified Supplier Who Will Provide Laundry Equipment And Services To The The Board Of Regents Of The University System Of Georgia By And On Behalf Of Albany State University (the State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfp. The Board Of Regents Of The University System Of Georgia By And On Behalf Of Albany State University (asu) Is Hereby Seeking Proposals From Qualified Suppliers To Provide Laundry Equipment And Services. Laundry Services Are Currently In-place On Campus And Are Used Heavily By All Students Who Currently Reside On-campus (approximately 2,500 Students). Laundry Services Shall Include The Provision Of Equipment, Maintenance Of Equipment, And General Upkeep Of The Laundry Facilities As Listed In Attachment A. There Will Be A Mandatory Site Visit On March 24, 2025 Starting At 9am. All Interested Bidders Are Required To Attend To Be Eligible For Award.
