Amendment 18 September 2025:
The purpose of this amendment is as follows:
1. To clarify the submission instructions for Performance Questionnaires.
a. “The offeror will provide the government furnished questionnaire ("Past Performance Questionnaire") to those federal agencies and commercial customers whose performances are deemed recent and direct them to return the completed questionnaires to the point of contact listed on the questionnaire. The evaluation of past performance information will take into account past performance information regarding predecessor companies, key personnel who have recent, relevant experience, or subcontractors that will perform major or critical aspects of the requirement when such information is relevant to the instant acquisition. If a teaming arrangement is contemplated, provide complete information as to the arrangement, including any relevant and recent past performance information on previous teaming arrangements with same partner. If this is a first-time joint effort, each party to the arrangement must provide a list of past relevant contracts.”
b. “A minimum of three (3) and no more than five (5) Past Performance Questionnaires shall be submitted”
1. Clarification: Three (3) to five (5) Performance Questionnaires must be submitted by your customer directly to the Gov. at jared.skipper.1@us.af.mil and lizbette.zalybniuk.1@us.af.mil or your proposal will not be considered.
2. To extend the submission deadline in order to receive Performance Questionnaires.
a. No other proposals, changes, or submissions will be accepted.
3. All other terms and conditions remain the same.

The purpose of this amendment is as follows:
1. To post the Q&A for the Solicitation.
2. To update the PWS accordingly.
