This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation W9127N25Q0012 for Laundry Services for U.S. Moorings and Dredges, Portland District, U.S. Army, Corps of Engineers, Channels and Harbors at 8010 NW St. Helens Road, Portland, OR 97210 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a Base plus four (4) year small business set aside for laundry services needed. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 effective January 17, 2025.
This solicitation is advertised as total small business set-aside for a Base year contract plus four (4) option years, under NAICS Code 812332 - Industrial Launderers with a size standard of $47 Million. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
The government requests quotes for the following services for Dredge Essayons, Dredge Yaquina and U.S. Moorings.
* Contractor shall use the PWS estimates and attached Price List to provide pricing with your quote submission Supplies/Services will be inspected/accepted: All supplies will be inspected/accepted at Destination by Government.
Period of Performance Information: The period of performance for the base year will be from date of contract award for a period of one calendar year. This is a firm fixed priced contract, a base plus four (4) option years per the Government-s discretion.br... - Documents:
