Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to award a sole source contract to Mitratech Holdings Inc. for a period of one base year and four (4) option years. This will be a firm fixed price contract to provide 495 perpetual licenses for LawManager Web and five perpetual licenses for LawManager Pro. The contract shall also include the licensing for LawManager Server, LawManager Training Server, and LawManager Testing Server. This work requires extensive knowledge of the “LawManager” client-server software application to include the case/matter management, entity management, and calendar management modules.
This is a Notice of Intent to sole source a procurement under FAR Part 13.106 -1 (b) Soliciting from a single source. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency, within 15 days from the date of publication of this announcement. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. No RFP will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent. If no responses are received, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will proceed with awarding a firm-fixed price contract to Mitratech Holdings Inc.
