Description:
Right Of Way And Lawn Maintenance For Multiple City Owned Locations. Furnish And Install All Materials, Labor, And Equipment For: 1. Mowing And Lawn Services To Include: A. Trimming Of Bushes, Hedges And Flowers. B. Edging Of Sidewalks, Walkways And Curbing. All Edging Shall Be Done With A Mechanical Metal Blade Edger. C. Maintaining Flower Beds Free Of Weeds. The Contractor Shall Provide Maintenance To All Flower Beds Throughout The Contract Period. D. Blowing Of Sidewalks And Walkways After Mowing To Keep Them Clean And Free Of Leaves And Other Debris E. Removal Of Leaves And Other Loose Vegetation And Debris From Property. 2. In April The Contractor Shall Install New Pine Straw In All Areas That Currently Have It. 3. For The Months Of April Through October, Bids Will Be For Mowing 3 Times Per Month. 4. For The Months Of November Through March, Bids Will Be For Mowing Once Per Month. 4. Invoices Must Be Mailed Or Delivered To 1404 East Forsyth St, Americus, Ga 31709. 5. The Streets & Grounds Superintendent Or Public Works Director Will Sign Off On Completed Work To Be Paid Monthly. 6.
