This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL 33744 has a need to purchase LCHCC Irrigation Control System Replacement, as listed on Attachment 1 (Statement of Work). The RFQ # is 36C24825Q0484. This solicitation RFQ, and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-02 (01-03-2025). The solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Small Business (SB). The NAICS Code is 221310; the size standard is $41.0 Million. Note, interested SB Offerors must be listed and registered in sba.gov to be considered for Award.
