- The vendor/contractor will supply all materials, labor and equipment in order to accomplish the maintenance and repair services of the Leachate and Gas Collection System, including Candlestick Flares, as needed and as described in the specifications, at the Northwest Solid Waste Management Facility (Main Landfill), 14450 Landfill Rd., Brooksville, FL 34614 in Hernando County, Florida. Hernando County Landfill currently has two LFG Candlestick Flares extracting gas from Cell 1, Cell 2, and Cell 3.
