Scope of Work This requirement needs to provide lead aprons, thyroid shields, protective eyewear, and apron racks, with many items requiring custom embroidery and specific staff name tags. 2. Place of Performance The product is requested to be delivered to Surgery Service, building 100, MOR. 10,000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, Florida 33744, via the Warehouse Building 36 for Equipment. 3. Period of Performance The product is requested to be delivered no later than December 2nd. 4. Requirement Overview The Contractor shall provide the full requested quantity of NAME BRAND OR EQUAL products listed below.
