This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. USCG Base Kodiak has a requirement for Lead Contaminated Debris Pick-up and Disposal, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Service Contract Labor Standards are applicable. The fill-in for FAR 5.222-42 is Supply Technician, GS-7 (plus hazardous differential)
USCG is seeking a firm-fixed price quote for these services. The period of performance requires a shipping plan within 30 days, with shipment no later than 90 days from the date of award.
Quote pricing shall be provided as follows:
CLIN 0001 QTY 12* SUPERSACK LEAD CONTAMINATED DEBRIS
CLIN 0002 QTY 1 SUPERSACK LEAD CONTAMINATED DEBRIS
CLIN 0003 QTY 1 SUPERSACK LEAD CONTAMINATED DEBRIS
*Please quote unit price for CLIN 0001 up to 12 Supersacks. The government may not award all quantity 12.
