Description:
The purpose of this Services Agreement is to fulfill the Countys obligation of providing curbside residential waste and recycling collection services to single family residential properties within the Lealman Solid Waste Collection and Disposal District (LSWCDD) as required by Pinellas County Code Chapter 114 - Special Districts, Article XI - Lealman Solid Waste Collection and Disposal District.The LSWCDD is located in south central Pinellas County and covers a contiguous area measuring approximately 4.2 square miles. The LSWCDD currently services approximately 7,900 Residential Units.The County is seeking bids for various options for weekly waste and recycling collections. Only one (1) combination of the options listed below will be selected by the County with recommendation of award to one (1) vendor with the lowest responsive and responsible combined bid option.1. Option 1 - Once Weekly Waste Collection & Option 3 - Subscription based Recycling Collection2. Option 2 - Twice Weekly Waste Collection & Option 3 - Subscription based Recycling Collection3.
