Questions Regarding Solicitation #36C26126Q0210 Learning Management System
LMS Functionality: Is full LMS functionality (e.g., SCORM/AICC hosting, competency validation workflows, supervisor sign-offs) required natively, or is integration a bundled LMS partner acceptable?
Security & Compliance Documentation: Are items such as FedRAMP authorization required at proposal submission
Records Management & Data Rights: Does VA require a contract addendum granting unlimited rights and export/return capabilities for all user/completion data, or are standard SaaS terms for data export and retention aligned to NARA schedules sufficient?
Healthcare Competency Mapping & Policy Linkage: Is it sufficient to provide evidence of accredited content and a process for mapping to standards, or is direct integration with hospital policies required?
How many users do you anticipate to have access to the system?
Will you or a 3rd party be providing the content for the LMS to be uploaded delivered and tracked?
Will users access the site through self-registration, administrator enrollment or automated data feeds?
Are you interested in advanced features like microsite creation, knowledge center repository, video delivery, test-out features for learners and progressive training assignments?
We are starting to review your Security requirements with our security team, will FEDRAMP be mandatory for the successful bidder? I don t' see it appear in the RFQ document - so assuming not at this stage.
Can you provide an estimated user count for the initial contract year? Are all users using the LMS internal healthcare users? Regarding their usage; will they be using it through the year continuously or just for shorter periods of time (ie a month).
Are you expecting healthcare learning content to be provided with the solution? If so, can you provide a bit more detail on your content requirements and courses you would like? Will all learners require access to content....
