The Baltimore District, RSFO, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 2,000 usable square feet of of contiguous space within Lexington, KY, the defined delinated area is set forth in the Map Attachment. Must use Government Lease attached. Please see all six (6) attachments to this solicitation for further information and guidance. Those attachments are the following:

Proposals are due no later than 12:00 pm on EXPIRATION DATE OF SOLICITATION.

All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.beta.SAM.gov) prior to award of a contract. All proposed contractors are highly encouraged to review FAR Clause 52.232-33 Payments by Electronic Funds Transfer - System for Award Management, which indicates “All payments by the Government under this contract shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT).” Those not currently registered can obtain registration by going to the website http://www.beta.SAM.gov.
