The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, OK, Enterprise Service Center (ESC) has issued a formal request for commerical lease management tool/lease software solution that will support establishing and maintaining a complete universe of leases and related data, including the effects on the appropriate lease asset capitalization recognition, in order to comply with Statement of Federal Financial Accounting Standards (SFFAS) 54 guidance as depicted in the solicitation, statement of work and other attachments.

Technical and cost proposals are due no later than 3:00 p.m. local time (Central Time Zone), Friday March 10, 2023via email to the Contracting Officer, Abby Schultz. Please use "“SIR Response for 6973GH-23-R-00093 - Your Company Name” as the subect line.

In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals ofSubmittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 3:00 p.m. CST, March 10, 2023, will not beconsidered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposalmay be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award.This SIR/RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind.
