The Government shall have access to the building 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Space cannot be located on the ground or top floors. Space must be contiguous on one floor. Daytime cleaning services are required. The Government tenant shall be a law enforcement agency. Government agents working from the location may carry weapons to conduct law enforcement operations. The Government may require a Technical Security Evaluation to be completed for buildings seeking consideration. Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s).
