West: Continue north on 57th Street to the intersection with Market Street, the Point of Beginning.

Additional Requirements:
•The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
•Public transit is required within a walkable 1,320 feet from the offered building, running on an hourly basis (minimum) from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays.
•Office space must be contiguous, on one floor.
•Space configuration shall be conducive to an efficient layout and office workflow. A test fit may be required.
•Space shall not be more than twice as long as it is wide.
•Columns size cannot exceed two (2-) feet square and space between columns and/or walls throughout the offered space shall be predominantly no less than twenty (20-) feet.
•If space offered is above ground level, at least two (2) accessible elevators which serve the floor proposed for the Government will be required.
