The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division Northeast (HCD-NE) on behalf of the 52nd Medical Clinic at Spangdahlem, Germany, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Ortho Clinical Diagnostics GMBH located at Von-Hunefeld- STR.2 Koln 50829, Germany.
The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition, FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source for Purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold.
