Description: The U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) desires to lease sufficient Rentable Square Footage (RSF) of 33,020 of real property space to yield up to approximately 24,459 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) / 28,128 ABOA Square Feet in Berks County, PA for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). Space must be contiguous and handicapped accessible, outside 100-year flood plain, and VA prefers space located on single floor, ideally ground level or served by a medical-grade elevator; public transportation must be located no further than one-quarter mile from the clinic entrance.
