The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, Operational Logistics Command (LOGCOM) will acquire the services/supplies outlined in the solicitation utilizing procedures in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation.
This solicitation is issued “Unrestricted” under Full and Open Competition in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.1 for Light Emitting Diode (LED) Marine Lanterns for use on Aids to Navigation (ATON). The NAICS code is 334511 (Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing) and the size standard is 1,250 employees.
