- The Lee County Board Of Commissioners Is Accepting Sealed Written Bids From Qualified Contractors For Road Resurfacing Services For Ledo Road In Albany And Lee County. The Full Length Of Ledo Road From U.s. 82 To U.s. 19 Is To Be Milled Down 1.5¿ And Resurfaced With 165 Lbs/sy Of 12.5 Mm Overlay Except Where There Is No Curb. The Section With No Curb Is To Get Leveling At 85 Lbs/sy Of 9.5 Mm Asphalt And Overlay Of 165 Lbs/sy Of 12.5mm. Ledo Road Has Areas To Be Patched Before Resurfacing That Are Marked And As Directed By Engineer. Other Included Items Are Thermoplastic Traffic Striping And Hatching, Rumble Strips, Stop Bars, Replacing And Installing New Traffic Loops, Shoulder Grading And Other Misc.
