This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The request for quote (RFQ) number is N0018923Q0277. The Government intends to solicit a Firm Fixed Price contract as a 100% small business set-aside, under the authority of FAR 13.003(b)(1). The NAICS code is 541612 and the Small Business Standard is $29 (million). The proposed contract action is to provide Legal Recruiting Consulting Services for the Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAGC) legal department in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). A detailed description of the requirement is provided in the attached PWS.
The required completion date is 6 months after date of contract award.
