- Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified vendor to perform repairs and apply coating to the Leon County Parking Garage - Plaza Level and Level P4 per Specifications and provided plans. Location of parking structure: 315 S. Calhoun Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32301Plaza Level: Phase construction to maintain access to both buildings during normal business hours.Garage P4 Level: Phase construction to minimize interruption of vehicular access to P4 level.A Mandatory on-site pre-bid will be held at 10AM on 5/8/25 at 315 S. Calhoun Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32301ACCESS TO PLANSCertain specifications related to the scope of the proposed work in this solicitation are exempt from disclosure pursuant to Section 119.071, Florida Statutes. Interested contractors will be required to complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement and agree to maintain the exempt nature of the applicable records. Encryption keys and/or passwords to secure documents will be provided to requesting contractors after the submission of the Non-Disclosure Agreement and acceptance by the Leon County Purchasing Division. Non-Disclosure Agreements may be submitted to the Leon County Purchasing Division from the time of Release of the solicitation. At the conclusion of the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting, only contractors who attended and signed in at the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be eligible to receive encryption keys and/or passwords to secure documents. The Non-Disclosure Agreement may be found in Section 11 - Attachment E.Non-Disclosure Agreements can be submitted via e-mail to HooleyM@leoncountyfl.gov AND HillG@leoncountyfl.gov or mailed/hand delivered to the Leon County Purchasing Division located at 1800-3 N.
