Letterkenny Army Depot requirements contract to provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Bulk Gas and Cylinder Gas Supply Services
Description
Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm fixed price supply contract to procure Bulk Gases to be delivered onsite to Letterkenny Army Depot. A Purchase Description will be provided at the time the solicitation is posted. The period of performance for this contract will include one base year and four (4) options years. The procurement will be a total 100% Small Business Set Aside. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 325120 - Industrial Gas Manufacturing, the sizestandard is 1200 employees and the product code/service code is 6830 - GASESCompressed and Liquefied. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. This requirement will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. Solicitation number W911N2-25-R-0014 will be released on or about 13 March 2025, with a closing date on or about 23 March 2025. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.SAM.gov on or about 13 March 2025. It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award. Offerors may register for SAM at: https://www.sam.gov.
