SYNOPSIS (Sole Source)
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot intends toissue a sole source, Hybrid, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Time-and-Materials (T&M)requirements service contract to perform maintenance, repair and software support forthe Testek Hydraulic Pump, Motor and Reservoir Test Station Model 720020 to TestekLLC (dba Testek Solutions), 28320 Lakeview Drive, Wixom, MI 48393-3157, CAGE06659, UEI KJWFZGACBL59. The period of performance of this contract will includeone (1) base year and two (2) option years. The Government does not possess thetechnical data package (TDP). The TDP is proprietary to the original manufacturer,Testek LLC (dba Testek Solutions). This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination toLetterkenny Army Depot. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System(NAICS) code is 541330 - Engineering Services, Exception 1 - Military and AerospaceEquipment and Military Weapons, the size standard is $47 million, and the ProductService Code (PSC) is H210 - Equipment and Materials Testing - Weapons. Theproposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends tosolicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of the SimplifiedAcquisition Procedures at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by Federal AcquisitionRegulation Subpart 13.5. Solicitation number W911N225R0006 will be released on orabout 14 February 2025 with a closing date on or about 28 February 2025. Theannotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusteddependent upon the release of the solicitation.
