DUE TO THE URGENT/IMMEDIATE NEED THERE IS A QUICK TURNAROUND RESPONSE
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Procurement Section is issuing this urgent Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purpose of procuring the services of Armed Guard Level II Services within the State of California for disaster declaration 4482.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, and FAR 15 Contracting by Negotiation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
The solicitation number 70FBR925Q00000016 is being issued for a request for quotes (RFQ) and needs to be referenced on all quotation documentation submitted in response to this solicitation. The base contract period of performance is 30 days from the date of award, and (2) 30-day option period.
A labor hour contract award may be made to the responsible offeror submitting an overall proposal that is determined best value to the Government-s needs, price and other factors considered, using the procedures prescribed in the technical evaluation factors.
