Description:
This is a call for bids for frontage improvements at 2015 NE Kresky Ave and 2025 NE Kresky Ave in Chehalis, Washington as part of siting a new permanent night-by-night homeless shelter at the first of those addresses. Improvements will include curb, gutter, sidewalk, a bus pullout, and some drainage and other infrastructure noted in the plans and specifications. The permitting jurisdiction is the City of Chehalis; Lewis County is the project proponent and owner of both of the above-listed addresses.This is a public work subject to apprenticeship and prevailing wage laws, as well as other state funding requirements including compliance with Evergreen Sustainable Design Standards. However, there are only limited requirements for Evergreen Sustainable Design Standards compliance due to the contemplated scope of work. The work is to be promptly completed after the award is made.
