On behalf of the Lexington VA Health Care System, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9 is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Part 13. This RFQ will result in a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a period of performance of 05/01/2025 through 04/30/2028. The BPA will consis of 3 (three) one-year ordering periods which will allow for price escalation each year.
QUOTES ARE DUE BY 4:00 PM CT ON APRIL 29, 2025.
AMENDMENT 1 IS QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 04/25/2025.
