Request for proposals are invited for LGBTQ+ and Implementer Security Consultant Date of Issue of RFP: May 26th, 2023 Date Questions from Supplier Due: May 30th, 2023 Date Answers due from FHI 360: May 31st, 2023 Date Proposal Due: June 2nd, 2023 Approximate Timeframe Consultant Agreement Issued to Successful Candidate(s): Mid-June, 2023 1. Develop recommendations and policies that will improve FHI 360-s ability to safely and flexibly collaborate with LGBTQ+ led and serving local organizations, including recommendations for security funding in subaward budgets (15 days; due July 30) 2. Provide technical assistance on implementer security directly to key population-led local organizations; this may include virtual and in-person training, development of SOPs to guide local implementation, supporting local organizations to seek out additional funding or training for security, and other tasks as needed (25 days; due Sept 31) 3. Improve local FHI 360 staff-s ability to mitigate and respond to security crises, including by sensitizing staff on relevant policies and procedures, conducting training of trainers virtual workshops, co-delivering trainings with local FHI 360 staff to local partners, and providing assistance to FHI 360 staff as they contribute to and track security plan development and implementation among their local partners (20 days; due Sept. 31) 4. Support the development of an internal strategy for LGBTQ+ inclusion and rights inside and adjacent to HIV programming at FHI 360 (5 days; due August 30)
