Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) Code 410A Procurement intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order to CIRCOR Naval Solutions, LLC to manufacture and provide various replacement parts for the No. One & Two JP-5 Auxiliary Service Pumps overhaul work on board a LHA Class Ship in support of SWRMC Code 310. The direct replacement parts are required to be compatible in all aspects (fit, form, and function) with the auxiliary pumps and ensure the pumps works properly with the existing equipment. CIRCOR is the only company that can manufacture and provide the required replacement pump overhaul parts and must be procured directly from CIRCOR, and there are no other known sources who can provide these specific replacement parts related to the IMO Industries Pump.
This requirement will be processed in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333914, and the business size standard is 750 (number of employees).
This notice is neither a request nor a solicitation of offers; however, all information received after date of publication of this synopsis will be reviewed by the Government for future considerations. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicating a vendor-s bona fide capability to provide this product or equivalency.
