Posting Amendment posts information that failed due to system issues: Under this combined synopsis/solicitation notice, the United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District is issuing Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: LHE Rental for CHL Bulkhead Relocation for Chicago, Cook County, Illinois.**GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS: In this acquisition, the Contractor shall supply a piece of LHE, all necessary rigging, spreader beam(s) and miscellaneous supplies for safe and efficient load/unloading of the loading eleven (11) bulkheads and one (1) lifting beam onto two (2) Corps of Engineers supplied deck barges. The Contractor shall also provide lift supervisor, LHE Operator to execute the various activities identified under this Scope of Work.
