This Industry Day Notice is updated to a Request for Information (RFI).

Draft Liberator Statement of Work (SOW) (Rev. C) (ATTACHMENT 1)To obtain access to the draft SOW, interested parties shall submit a completed Liberator Terms of Use Agreement (TOU), provided as a ATTACHMENT 2 to this notice AND request access to the restricted document in the SAM post. Entity POC(s) requesting access to the restricted document in SAM must have either the Administrator or Data Entry role associated with their SAM profile. It is the responsibility of the entity to ensure appropriate role mapping and structure in the SAM system. Restricted documents will not be provided via other means outside of SAM. The entity POC requesting access to the restricted document in SAM must be represented on the signed TOU form.
