Amendment 0004 extends the solicitation deadline to 4/22/2025. Amends the Statement of Work in Section C.4 Shipping/Travel to change non-reimbursable travel text to reimbursable under GSA per diem rates as indicated in red text. Amends Attachment J-1 Price Schedule to adjust daily travel cost text and insert GSA per diem rates for daily travel costs website link as indicated in red text. Attachment J-1 dated 4-3-2025 is replaced with new J-1 dated 4-18-2025. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
