Description
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OR PROPOSAL. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO), located in Washington, DC, intends to negotiate on a sole source and award a purchase order to Candid, 32 OLD SLIP, FL 24, New York, New York 100053500 for subscription services.
This acquisition is being conducted using the procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 13.106-1(b) “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements” in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901(e)(2).

With it, one can access data on over a million nonprofits to inform decision-making and evaluation. This subscription service will allow the user to verify the names of board members, physical location of agency, mission statements, financial information including IRS for 990-s, criminal histories, potential conflicts of interest and other relevant information on an organization. These items are critical in determining the fitness of the agency to be HUD-approved. The subscription provides access to extensive search filters, in-depth nonprofit information, and extensive data visualizations.
